Aqua Flow Spas & Repair, Inc. was built in the Smokies to keep hot tubs, pools, and game rooms working for the people who live here and the guests who rent here.
Our story
We specialize in the repair of all makes and models of hot tubs, pools, Jacuzzi tubs, and spas, plus general maintenance that keeps a property running.
Today we proudly service and repair more than 2,500 cabin rentals and hotels within 50 miles of Gatlinburg. We also work with some of the largest cabin rental companies in the area, well over 1,000 private VRBO customers and cabin owners, and many home warranty companies.
Whether you need a residential or commercial spa repaired, a pool brought back to life, or a pump or electric motor rebuilt, the goal is the same: courteous, prompt, professional service at a price that makes sense.
We also sell and install new hot tubs, saunas, game tables, and arcade machines.
The crew
CEO & field technician
Michael leads Aqua Flow and still works in the field every day. His background covers hot tubs, arcade machines, and billiard tables. He is also a real estate investor and a former pool hall and sports bar owner.
CFO & field technician
Anthony handles the business side and remains on jobs daily, with deep experience in hot tub repair plus swimming pool repair and maintenance. He is a real estate investor who spends free time hunting, fishing, and hiking.
Field technician
Luke joined in December 2014 from Columbus, Ohio. He is the technician many clients meet when we measure and deliver custom hot tub covers, and a core part of the repair crew.
